December 2006

The Hailey-Hailey Disease Society is in compliance with Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3), and is registered with the Attorney Generals' Office of the State of Michigan as a Charitable Trust.

May 2006

We held our first Annual Meeting in Harrison, MI. We ratified our By-Laws and set up our Board of Directors.

February 2006

We have filed our Articles of Incorporation with the State of Michigan and our bank account is up and running... PayPal has been added to facilitate giving; live on February 24, 2006.

January, 2006

We are currently in our founding stages and we are looking forward to our first annual board meeting in May of 2006.  If you are interested in joining us or would like more information, please send us an email.
