December 2006The Hailey-Hailey Disease Society is in compliance with Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3), and is registered with the Attorney Generals' Office of the State of Michigan as a Charitable Trust. May 2006We held our 1st Annual Meeting in Harrison, MI. We ratified our By-Laws and set up our Board of Directors. February 2006We have filed our Articles of Incorporation with the State of Michigan and our bank account is up and running... PayPal has been added to facilitate giving; live on February 24, 2006. January, 2006We are currently in our founding stages and we are looking forward to our first annual board meeting in May of 2006.
